Warranty
A Cut Above Exteriors warrants all labor supplied by us. Our labor is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion of your project. A Cut Above Exteriors warrants painting and caulking/sealant labor supplied by us for a period of one (1) year.
This warranty is only valid when the property or its improvements are subject to normal use and care by the owner and provided that the owner has fully complied with all the terms, conditions and payment provisions of our contract. Owner shall provide A Cut Above Exteriors with the opportunity to repair, replace, or pay a reasonable sum in order to affect any mutually acknowledged repairs or corrections during the construction process and throughout our warranty period. Any manufacturer's warranties shall pass to the benefit of the Owner and are assigned to the Owner by A Cut Above Exteriors.
