A Cut Above offers a complete line of products and accessories for any skylight solution from installation right down to the finishing touches. Whether you need to replace an old, inefficient skylight or want us add light and beauty to a room by installing a new skylight, we can help.

• Our standard skylight is the locally hand-crafted aluminum ThermoBreak skylight which separates the inside frame of the skylight and the outside preventing sweating and condensation build up, and damage, inside the skylight.
• We use curb mounted skylights as opposed to inexpensive deck mounted skylights.
• We use low-E glass with multiple glass options including tinted glass and High Efficiency glass that qualified for the Federal Tax Credit.
• We mechanically fasten our skylights using high quality self-sealing fasteners and butyl style weather sealants to prevent air leaks and the whistling effect that they can create.
• We use prefabricated air locked and sealed skylight pans and custom flashings for all skylights.
• We wrap all curbs with high quality self-adhering membranes to prevent moisture seeping up from attic.
